Ytd having cooking course, chef Lawence teach us alot of things althougth it is not too related
but i think it really help us alot if we are going to work in the furture...
especially the "fresh orange"
we didn't cook today but it was not boring

Today, finally get to cook something to eat
The 1st dish is cream of mushroom...
so damn easy to cook and nice, but doesn't seems to do much thing
that Jacky... keep snatching my job... sometimes shuang shuang then throw the thing back...
then i dunnoe how to handle liao

The 2nd dish is Pan-fried fish...
chef teaching us how to cook half way... picking up a call
so damn funny siah, he say hello then wave his hand to one of the student... smth like that la
but u see him do is damn funny lor and that Ghasis see me laugh she oso laugh
we too laugh very long siah... laugh until cry
then Jacky disturb again lor sian diao
using his sharp sharp knife to cut the carrot, I damn scared lor
I dun get to heat up the pan and put in the oil... coz he do mah, but i wan to learn...
then everything he do... irritating lor
haha... i got to put 2 fish inside the pan... fried until damn nice
squeeze the mash potato until like "shit" lol
at the end we gather around and commented each other dish...

The 3rd dish is fruits crepe...
ask us to cut the fruits... I peel the kiwi skin like hell lor... so hard
chef show us demo... he do until damn nice
My crepe skin percha... dunnoe wat happen lor... he come then like that liao[haha, blame him]
Then he help me design all the thing lor
it is like his art work liao... I jus help him run here and there to get the sauce
Its jus the standing part on the fruit crepe itself is i do 1 and dot a few dot of strawberries...
judgement time... interesting designs... nice nice... creative...
then half way... someone hit my head from behind... har...
my hat nearly drop, then hair messy liao... so lame right?!
taste the crepe abit... then skin bitter bitter 1... no so nice... must put more sauce...
then he kpo kpo wan change me to become chef in my group... wth
